Jurnal Cakrawala Ilmu Pendidikan establishes a policy on the ethical, transparent, and responsible use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automated tools in the scientific publication process. Authors are permitted to use AI for language correction, translation, formatting, or initial manuscript drafting, provided that such use is properly disclosed in the article and that authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy of data, originality, validity of references, and overall manuscript content. AI tools cannot be listed as authors nor cited as scientific sources. Reviewers and editors are not permitted to use generative AI to produce reviews or editorial decisions automatically due to risks related to confidentiality breaches, bias, and inaccurate information. The journal may use automated tools such as similarity checking and image manipulation detection while ensuring human oversight (human in the loop) throughout the editorial process to maintain the integrity, ethics, and quality of scientific publications.
